CHAIR YIN YOGA

Course Outline: Yin Yoga stretches are done using the chair as a seat or a standing support – and offer an opportunity to make stretching a standard part of your day. The Yin nature stretches are slower – they are geared toward mindful care and finding an ease in our being.

MERIDIAN STRETCH

Course Outline: Using the Organ Clock sequence of Traditional Chinese Medicine as a guide, we will stretch our system functions through meridians on the arms, legs, head and torso. This stretch series offers an opportunity to regulate bowels, strengthen lungs, support the essence of kidneys, and so much more.
